NFL Superstar Rob Gronkowski has just launched his line of CBD products. Let’s take a look at him and find out more.
Rob Gronkowski is one of the Rockstars of American soccer. With 5 player of the year awards and 3 Super Bowls to his name, the former New England Patriots player, “Gronk” as he is nicknamed, has quickly become an icon at the Tight end position.
Before his retirement in March 2019 at the age of 30, the player had the luxury of an episode dedicated to him on Family Guy:
So it was a strong signal when Gronk, known for his inveterate party temperament and boundless energy, announced that he would be launching his own line of Cbd products in partnership with the Abacus Health Products brand.

The brand has therefore signed a contract providing Gronk with shares in the company in exchange for its image and collaboration in the creation of a line of products designed for top sportsmen and women, to be released in early 2020.
The site already offers several creams and ointments designed to soothe the aches and pains of sportsmen and women, who are notoriously relieved by the relaxing effect of CBD. A natural effect, with no side effects, that many sportsmen and women recommend (I’ll be giving you an overview of Pro-Cannabis sportsmen and women next week).
While there is of course a financial component, this partnership is above all the result of the sportsman’s conviction.
He told a press conference: “For the first time in a long time, I’m not in pain. It’s a huge step forward”.
The sportsman who retired after his last Super Bowl win is campaigning for the NFL to accept CBD use by sportsmen: “I spent my night crying after my big win, it was ridiculous.”
As proven by numerous research studies shared by the UFC (the American mixed martial arts league), which recently authorized its use for its members, CBD enables a shorter recovery time and gently remedies many post-match aches and pains. Gronk’s mind is made up, as he has declared that he will return to his sport of choice… If the NFL accepts the use of CBD by its athletes.
In the meantime Gronk is, as he puts it, “in recovery. Call me Mr. Recovery.” After 9 very serious injuries and numerous concussions, Gronk is the perfect spokesperson for the cause, with a very positive message that has the merit of reopening dialogue with the NFL, a notoriously conservative federation.
